Workshop located in Strood, Kent.
Lots of facilities locally to spend your time if you decide to wait for your Ducati to be ready but not before you enjoy a complimentary Italian coffee, or English tea.
Or take advantage of our collection service. We can come to you, collect your Ducati and return it to you after the work has been completed.
SERVICING
Our Ducati services range from an Annual to Full Desmo service, right across the range, from Classics to the latest V4’s. Our professional approach to servicing will ensure we support your ride.
We can tailor the service to meet your own requirements, without any reduction in quality and reliability.
Our menu based dynamic pricing makes it clear and simple.
DIAGNOSTICS & REPAIRS
If your Ducati has developed a fault, our skilled team of mechanics will use the latest software and tooling to identify and fix the issue.
Many repairs will be undertaken at our workshop, but should we need to, we have a large partner network we can use to get your Ducati working as the factory intended.
OTHER SERVICES

COLLECTIONS & DELIVERY
We can arrange collection of your Ducati should you not be able to get your motorcycle to our workshop.
A cost effective, secured transportation solution, which includes delivery once the work is complete.

Our Story
The roots of ProTeam Italia stretch back to the golden era of British & World Motorcycle Racing Championships, where our founder Alec Short was at the forefront of the action as a mechanic for several leading teams.
We moved to our current premises in 2009, where from our base in Strood, Kent, we have built a strong customer community based on our principles for exceptional service and being customer centric.
Our story continued in April 2026, when a new operating model was introduced led by the new owners Lewis and Jamie, both passionate Ducatisi. Along with longstanding mechanic Andy, and Sariah our mechanic who joined us to enhance our journey for the continuation of ProTeam Italia. The teams focus is for the benefit of our customers and their Ducatis, ensuring they are kept in trusted hands.
